TWHBEA HOST A RIDE PROGRAM
Host-A-Ride Program Log Sheet
The TWHBEA HOST-A-RIDE PROGRAM is a two year trail program designed to promote and encourage trail riding.
TWHBEA provides $300 a year, for 2 years, food, advertising, entertainment, other needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Event organizer must be a current TWHBEA member.
• Club must provide receipts for all money spent
• Club is required to return unused money
• TWHBEA memberships must be offered at the ride and TWHBEA promoted.
• On a limited basis 24 TWHBEA caps will be provided until supplies run out at which time new TWHBEA hats with Trails Logo will be made available; cost to be determined.
• A promotional area with at least one person on site will be required.
• Promotional Literature and banner will be provided by TWHBEA.
• Organizer must provide a brief write-up of event with photos within 45 days of event completion.
